Small Group Training for Guys

Yes, we train guys! 

Our SGT for Guys program welcomes men of all ages and levels! Our workouts incorporate strength training using dumbbells, TRX, Bosu, Cable machines and more. Every session also includes cardio drills on our Keiser Spin bikes, and on the floor, as well as core strength. We finish with a cool down and stretch! 

SGT for Guys openings:

Monday 6:40 pm with Lyndsey/ Thursday 5:15pm with Lyndsey
