We are NOT a ‘gym’, and proud of it.
Thrive is literally, a movement. We are a supportive and positive community, believing that you are capable of anything you set your mind to. (and will help you do so!). Life is too short to just ‘survive’, we believe you can THRIVE and live to your full potential!
So how are we different?
We: build relationships with you! We get to know YOU. We call you by name, learn what you are capable of, and know how to gently nudge you out of your comfort zone to achieve what you never thought possible.
We: hold you accountable. We sit down with you at the beginning to set realistic and exciting goals, and keep track of your progress regularly on your journey to be better, physically and mentally.
We: are positive, motivating and highly encouraging. We believe in you, even if you don’t….yet!
We: have a variety of classes and programs that will keep you moving, at YOUR ability level. Our trained professionals are focused on safety, moving with proper form and technique. You will ALWAYS ‘fit in’.
We: have no high pressure sales or quotas to meet. Period! We know you will love being part of a positive community.
