Your nutrition. We can work with you to create REALISTIC and doable habits(no diets!) so you learn how to eat more nutrient-dense foods and minimize processed foods. We work on the what, when and hows' of eating so you can finally feel confident about what you are eating and feel BETTER.
Your exercise plan. And if you don't have one, we can start you off slowly so you can build a routine that fits into your LIFE. Our health coaches are also Certified Personal Trainers with over 12 years of experience, and have worked with all ages and levels. We can help you move your body more regularly in a safe way so you get healthier and stronger!
Your sleep. Get better quality of sleep so you can wake up feeling refreshed and not exhausted. We work with you to find out WHY you might not be getting proper sleep, and equip you with strategies so you can see improvement and have better focus throughout the day.
Your stress levels. If you feel overwhelmed and exhausted, it's a sign that you have too much going on! We can work with you to reduce your stress levels and improve your tolerance to stress so you can be happier and have more energy!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We start with a 1 hour initial consultation, where we discuss your current health and lifestyle, so we can figure out together what you'd like to work on.
We then decide how much support and accountability you need and meet via ZOOM weekly or bi-weekly.
You'll have an action step that YOU decide you want to do, and we help you follow-through so you see success!
